From Data to Decisions – Become Our Next Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Business Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This is a pivotal role responsible for enhancing financial planning and analysis across the Group, with a particular emphasis on cash flow forecasting, working capital analytics, and finance strategy. The ideal candidate will combine technical financial expertise with a proactive mindset and the ability to work across multiple business units and international markets. You will work closely together with and report to our Group Controller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve financial analysis tools and models.
  • Support the consolidation and analysis of the Group’s financial performance, with a focus on cash flow, working capital, and financing.
  • Actively participate in forecasting and budgeting processes for cash flow and working capital across the Group.
  • Partner with local finance teams to improve data quality, standardization, and insight generation.
  • Deliver clear and actionable financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Support financing activities, including reporting on debt positions, covenant monitoring, and treasury planning.
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in scenario planning, long-term forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Controller, Consultant or similar (experience in a global or group-level function is preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools such as Power BI, NetSuite or similar platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to work with large data sets and draw insights in complex environments.
